Requirements

  • We're looking for a confident, credible People professional who can build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
  • You will bring:
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role, supporting leaders through change
  • Expertise in workforce planning, organisational design and transformation activity
  • The ability to handle complex and sensitive people matters with professionalism and sound judgement
  • Experience using people data and insights to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
