As a Construction Engineer, you will be part of a team of engineers who will provide engineering services for large and small projects. Your responsibility will include defining system requirements, defining design criteria, technical specifications, data sheet and technical reports. You will also work for all buildings, structural and cadastral practices. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Follow construction supervision and structural activities of all AvioAero sites Take part to energy audits at AvioAero sites Verify the compliance of buildings and structures and plan the interventions in the investment plan Take part and/or verify preliminary studies between AvioAero sites regarding Technical/regulatory aspects in the field of construction and structural works Partecipate to feasibility studies and cost estimation activities Interface with external design consultancy firm Take part in the development of building and structural design to meet project planning, quality, and cost goals Be involved in the concept design phase, material selection, perform design reviews Follow construction activities of building and structural works Partecipate at the Commissioning phase Keep all the documentation produced by the various Italian and foreign sites up to date Qualifications / Requirements Master's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineer Basic knowledge in construction and/or applicable regulatory and technical standards Fluent Italian and English Availability to travel in the short and medium term Work Visa in accordance with local regulations Applicants must hold Italian, Japanese, or British citizenship Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills Basic knowledge of specific engineering software such as: AutoCAD 2D and 3D, software for the structural calculation of buildings and elements Ability to document, plan, and execute projects Experience in Building Engineering and/or involvements on complex projects is not mandatory but will be considered a plus Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
