Kitchen Assistant

About the role

Main focus: support food preparation and kitchen cleanliness Wash, cut, and prepare basic ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.) Assist chefs in cooking preparation Keep kitchen clean (washing utensils, equipment, floor) Store food properly (labelling, refrigeration, stock rotation) Follow food hygiene and safety standards Help receive and organise food deliveries Dispose of kitchen waste properly Basic dishwashing if needed Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 7am - 7pm Break Time: 2pm - 4pm Rest day: Monday Overtime (OT): Depends on situation Annual Leave (AL): 7 days Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 (Local)
