Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of new Workday Financials enhancements, reports, and integrations.

Requirements
- 6+years of relevant experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement).
- Strong technical skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIBs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead issue resolution efforts, coordinating and directing junior developers when required.
- Track record of resolving issues quickly and effectively, while ensuring users feel supported through clear, solution-focused communication.
- Familiarity with integration management and supporting middleware or cloud-based integration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, preferably using Jira.
- Knowledge of Workday release management and the ability to assess and test new features.
- Exposure to cloud-native tools, automation practices, or AI-enhanced reporting/analytics.
