Production Technician- Post 1st Shift (M-F 9a-5:30p or 4x10s 7a-5:30p)

Responsibilities

• Inspect decorated garments to ensure they meet defined quality standards, accurately identifying and addressing any issues.
• Verify the accuracy of work orders and finished products prior to shipping.
• Perform shipping and order fulfillment tasks, ensuring products are packed, labeled, and shipped according to company and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to rotate between departments and assist on an as-needed basis.
• Support smooth communication and positive working relationships with team members, supervisors, and management.
• Collaborate as a team player by assisting coworkers when needed.
• Proactively identify problems, suggest improvements, and communicate significant concerns to management.
• Perform general machine and equipment maintenance; promptly report issues to the maintenance team.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall quality.
• Consistently meet production metrics, quality standards, and shipping deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving workflow challenges.
• Obtain and maintain company-required certifications (e.g., forklift, truck license, or other equipment operation qualifications).
• Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and housekeeping guidelines.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Operate assigned equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Complete routine reports and maintain accurate records.
• Use basic computer and math skills as needed for daily tasks.
