Junior Interior Design Consultant (Training Provided - Leads Provided - High Commission)

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to understand their renovation needs and lifestyle requirements
• Provide interior design consultation, renovation advice, and space planning
• Prepare design proposals and quotations based on client requirements
• Present design ideas using layout plans, references, or mood boards
• Manage renovation projects from design proposal to project completion
• Conduct site visits during renovation to monitor project progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure renovation works are completed smoothly and on schedule
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the renovation process

Requirements

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged to apply
• Passion for interior design and residential renovation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, responsible, and motivated individuals
• Good time management and ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Photoshop is an advantage
• Ability to combine creative thinking with practical renovation solutions
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors)

Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: $2,600 - $5,500 per month Project Commission based on renovation sales performance Monthly performance incentives With commission and incentives, motivated individuals can achieve $5,000 - $8,000+ total monthly income depending on project performance.
