About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth for Data Center Cleanroom and Mission-Critical Infrastructure System Integration solutions. Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the data center and mission-critical facility sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through direct customer engagement, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers including developers, consultants, EPC contractors, M&E consultants, and facility owners.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and solution presentation to contract negotiation and project award.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Solution Selling & Technical Engagement
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to develop technical proposals and customized solutions.
- Conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Support bid management activities, RFQs, RFPs, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary customer contact for commercial and technical discussions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful handover.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
- Analyze market demand, customer requirements, and industry developments.
