Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• ✨ Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• ✨ Run Google Ads & TikTok campaigns
• ✨ Generate quality leads & maximize ROAS
• ✨ Monitor campaign performance & optimize results
• ✨ Create landing pages & lead forms
• ✨ Work with creatives on videos & ad content
• ✨ Analyze data, prepare reports & identify growth opportunities
• ✨ Support SEO, EDM & website updates
• We're Looking For:
• ✅ 3-5 years of Digital/Performance Marketing experience
• ✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• ✅ Familiar with Google Ads & Google Analytics
• ✅ Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• ✅ Experience in lead generation & performance marketing
• 🌟 Beauty, aesthetics or retail industry experience is a bonus!
