- Experience with hot air/IR rework stations, microscopes, soldering irons, and large-area rework platforms.
- Skilled at reading and executing from engineering rework instructions, layout files, and schematics.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/21 rework and inspection standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, steady manual dexterity, and fine visual inspection capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced R&D environments with rapidly evolving requirements
