Store Manager Designate

About the role

As a Store Manager Designate, you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of retail management, including: -Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams -Driving sales performance and commercial results -Delivering an exceptional customer experience -Managing store operations, compliance, and processes -Building a strong, engaged and motivated team culture You'll work closely with experienced leaders, developing the skills and confidence needed to run your own store. During your 12-month placement in our Dover store, you'll join an established, supportive team known for strong results and a positive, collaborative culture. This is a key development phase where you'll take on increasing responsibility and prepare for a future Store Manager role.
