Responsibilities

  • Extend your impact beyond Armenia, contributing best practices, processes, and tools that help HR Ops work at scale across the broader People Operations function
  • Own and improve the employee experience across key People Ops touchpoints, onboarding, offboarding, life events, job changes, and day to day inquiries, so Titans can navigate the system on autopilot rather than searching for answers
  • Lead and develop the Armenia HR Ops team, setting clear goals and priorities and creating a culture of ownership and accuracy
  • Serve as the senior operational point of contact for employees in the Armenia office, as well as People Business Partners (PBPs) and Centers of Excellence
  • Hold the operational foundation together: compliance, data integrity, SLAs, and the knowledge management infrastructure other People Ops teams rely on
  • Track operational metrics (volume, cycle time, error rates, SLA attainment) to show impact and decide where to improve next
  • Oversee employee documentation, annexes, orders, new hire paperwork, ensuring it's complete, accurate, and handed off on time to our external compliance partner
  • Keep operations compliant with the Armenian Labor Code and local requirements, and run regular audits to identify areas to improve
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence on program rollouts and process changes, and lead communication, training, and adoption in the Armenia office
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance on local employment matters, policy changes, and risk, making sure our practices stay compliant with the Armenian Labor Code and local requirements

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for automation, energized by replacing manual, repetitive work with well designed, governed automation
  • An optimization mindset focused on making things simple and easy, and the follow-through to act on it
  • A go-getter who takes ownership and challenges the status quo, always asking whether there's a better, simpler, or faster way
  • A product mindset for operations: breaking a process into steps, deciding what good looks like, and improving it over time
  • A high level of care for the employee/user experience and the ability to understand what people need
  • Experience procuring, enhancing, optimizing, or integrating HR systems (Workday HCM ideal); familiarity with ARMSoft or local Armenian HR/payroll systems is a plus
  • People-management experience, with a track record of building and developing strong teams
  • Curiosity about the Armenia landscape paired with a global mindset, comfortable operating locally and contributing across the organization
  • Strong analytical and data skills; excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Working knowledge of the Armenian Labor Code and local compliance, and comfort partnering with Legal on day to day matters
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team through shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience driving process improvement or automation in an operational environment; an HR background is a plus, but the mindset and drive matter most
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • When you will work: Mon-Fri Flexible (Armenia)
  • Be Human With Us:

Additional Information

Ready to be a Titan? We're building the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades, a trillion dollar global industry that's been underserved by technology for far too long. While our vision is bold, we always stay humble. Join us. We're just getting started. We currently have entities in the US, Canada, and Armenia; in addition we have employees and contingent workers in multiple geographies through an EOR/PEO vendor. We're looking for a Manager of HR Operations to lead HR Ops on the ground in our Armenia office. This is a hands-on role for someone who's passionate about automation and optimization, understands the local landscape, and works to make everyday HR Ops work simpler, easier, and faster. You'll be a part of driving the ARMSoft implementation and broader automation and optimization work across the Armenia team, in close partnership with the wider People Operations team. You'll also help shape the employee experience at the moments that matter most, making sure Titans get the support they need without the run-around. And while this role is anchored in Armenia, your impact won't stop there, you'll help strengthen HR Operations more broadly, contributing to processes, tools, and ways of working that scale across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager of HR Operations and directly manages the HR Operations Specialist in Armenia.
