Support sales and leasing efforts across multiple communities as a traveling Sales Specialist Serve as a trusted guide to prospective residents and families throughout the decision‑making process Execute sales strategies that drive occupancy and consistently deliver results Partner with onsite teams to ensure alignment, best practices, and a seamless customer experience Track leads, manage follow‑ups, and maintain accurate data within CRM systems Act as a key liaison between corporate leadership and community teams Participate in local networking events to generate leads and build referral relationships Quickly adapt to new markets, teams, and environments while maintaining high performance standards What You Should Bring 3+ years of sales or leasing experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related industry A proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and sales goals Experience supporting multiple locations or multi‑site operations (preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment Experience using CRM systems and managing a robust sales pipeline Willingness and ability to travel frequently A professional, positive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability What You Can Be a Part Of At Bridge Senior Living, you'll be part of one of the most trusted names in senior living, working alongside a passionate, high‑performing team committed to making a difference.
