Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute a People strategy that accelerates performance and strengthens the employee experience.

  • Partner with ER and Legal to navigate complex employee matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant processes, including strong application of Spanish labor law.
  • Collaborate closely with global PBPs and COEs to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support initiatives across regions and time zones.
  • Mentor and influence others within the PBP team, contributing beyond scope and modeling a culture of partnership, feedback, and empowerment.
  • Act as a cultural and operational leader for the People team in Spain, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and empowered team environment across the Barcelona hub.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable, scalable People initiatives.
  • Significant experience influencing and coaching senior leaders, ideally within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational design, talent management, and leading complex change.
  • High comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where ambiguity is the norm.
  • Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with high-quality, timely execution.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse teams and global stakeholders.
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; data-driven and insight-oriented.
  • Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
