Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of media strategy and planning experience, with healthcare, pharma, biotech, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of team management experience with a track record of developing talent
  • Strong foundation in omnichannel media planning, audience strategy, and integrated communications
  • Understanding of healthcare media landscapes across HCP and consumer audiences

The Director, Client Media Solutions is a strategic leader responsible for developing audience-first media strategies across a portfolio of healthcare clients. This individual partners closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver integrated planning, investment recommendations, and measurement approaches that support business objectives and drive performance. The Director plays a key role in translating audience insights, market dynamics, and performance data into actionable media plans. They collaborate across Client Experience, Activation, Analytics, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment and consistency in planning. This role also contributes to strengthening planning processes, supporting team development, and advancing media capabilities across the organization. This is a hybrid role based in any of our U.S. offices, including New York, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville, or working remotely within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.
