This role We're hiring our first Talent Partner for the Northern Hemisphere, you'll be the first person in this role for the region. Based in our New York office and reporting to our Global Talent Lead, you'll own three things: finding and hiring incredible people across the US and UK, onboarding them so they hit the ground running, and helping roll out People initiatives locally. This is the kind of role where no two days look the same. One moment you're headhunting a senior marketer, the next you're running a welcome tour for a new starter or contributing to a global People initiative for the US market. You'll be Tracksuit's People presence in the Northern Hemisphere, the person who makes sure every new hire feels set up for success from day one.
