Responsibilities

  • Deliver Vision: Adapt and execute Dyson's brand strategy across Mexico and LATAM, driving category and product performance with measurable results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a senior marketing team (Category, Insights, Media, Owner Experience) with a constant focus on execution, development, and day-to-day delivery. Actively remove barriers to performance.
  • Influence & Activate: Persuade and align global and regional partners through expertise, insight, and data-driven recommendations. Guide the localization and deployment of global campaigns for maximum market impact.
  • Build Partnerships: Integrate Sales, Communications, E-commerce, and Retail, ensuring a unified approach and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial Ownership: Oversee P&L for the local market, manage campaign execution, drive omnichannel growth, and meet the highest Dyson performance standards. Frequent travel across LATAM expected.
  • Culture & Change: Lead by example with an authentic, hands-on approach. Establish trust, develop your team, and guide change-while working onsite with your colleagues every day.
  • About You:
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years at Director level or higher managing teams of five or more, ideally within multinational consumer or technology brands.
  • LATAM market success : Demonstrated impact growing brands or categories in Mexico; experience across Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Central America, and Argentina preferred.
  • Technical depth: Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and modern marketing technology platforms. Confident using technology and data to shape strategy, measure outcomes, and drive growth. Proficiency in core business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) expected.
  • Global stakeholder management: Skilled at navigating and influencing across global teams-aligning, negotiating, and adapting strategy for maximum impact.
  • Operator's mindset: Hands-on leader, ready to support your team in day-to-day delivery, remove obstacles, and drive execution.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • Flexibility: Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments.
  • Location: Mexico City-based, onsite five days a week.
  • Travel: Willing to travel regionally at least twice a year.
