Senior Executive Assistant

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, entrepreneurs, ownership groups, or senior leadership teams.
• Proven ability to support multiple executives and manage competing priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, or high-growth organizations is preferred.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Ownership Team in a highly visible role that is both strategic and hands-on. The right person will be a trusted partner who helps keep priorities organized, initiatives moving forward, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from executive support and project coordination to special initiatives, business development activities, and personal executive support.
