Axos Bank Target Range: $90,000.00/Yr. - $120,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Agile Release Manager to lead and manage our MarTech development and release processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing detailed reporting to highlight the delivery success and capacity of our MarTech development team. You will drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and support a culture of accountability across teams.
