Responsibilities

  • Technical Assistance and Predevelopment Activities - Support predevelopment activities for key customer segments in rural, LIDAC, and Tribal markets - from early engagement and technical assistance to project development and implementation to project financing.

  • Experience with market analysis and research on market demand and trends
  • Ability to convene stakeholders and facilitate focus groups
  • Experience with the development lifecycle for climate and clean energy projects including planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and financing
  • Communication
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare executive summaries, memoranda, and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience synthesizing findings into written reports and presentations.

Position Overview The Customer Engagement Senior Manage r plays a critical role shaping CGC's customer strategy - using market analysis and focus groups to 1) understand customer demand and behavior in rural, low income and disadvantaged communities (LIDAC) , and Tribal markets; 2) source and shape product ideas based on customer demand, trends, and feedback ; 3) shape strategic interventions to ensure customer solutions reach the communities who need it the most ; and 4) ensure consumer protection is integrated into our customer solution strategy.
