Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
- Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, billing, and budget reporting.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to resolve field challenges and maintain project progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the life of each project.
- Mentor Project Engineers and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Experience managing cold storage, refrigerated warehouse, food processing, industrial manufacturing, or large distribution center projects strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, procurement, and construction sequencing.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Design build industrial projects.
- Tilt up construction is a plus.
