Requirements

  • 3:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday

  • Maintain a clean, healthy and safe workplace by ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct required safety reviews of equipment and processes prior to project start-up.
  • Support the accomplishment of your work groups through the quality, timeliness and professionalism of your attitude.
  • Supply accurate and timely data as required by performance tracking and reporting.
  • Apply resources in a manner that maximizes their effectiveness while assuring quality.
  • Maintain a work environment that will contribute to the assurance of safety and GMP compliance.
  • Adhere to established procedures, perform self-checking and pay attention to detail in the performance of you and your team's work.
  • Notify management in a timely manner of any problems with procedural compliance.
  • Report observed quality problems and deficiencies in a timely manner.

Job Description Essential Jobs and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Report to front line leadership. Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals Perform & record PM's, cleans and lubricates printers Modifies, repairs, and rebuilds printing machinery and equipment Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair Visually inspects and solves problem machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions Documents repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Familiarity with operation and troubleshooting. Ability to read, interpret, and trouble shoot using diagrams Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Perform all activities safely, including the use of LOTO as required by company policy. Conduct safety inspections of equipment prior to use. Within the confines of the job, ensure the safe operation of all equipment prior to turning it back over to manufacturing. Document new/altered equipment safety checks or other change control documentation, as required Uphold safety & quality absolutes. Work and perform to ISO standards. Other duties as assigned
