Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Management

  • Continuously test and implement new growth initiatives, digital channels, and marketing tactics to maximise business growth.
  • Support the optimisation of the customer journey and marketing funnel to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and marketing collateral to support business development activities.
  • Coordinate product launches, business updates, and promotional activities across relevant marketing channels.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and company initiatives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, copywriters, media partners, and other marketing vendors.
  • Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
  • Review creative outputs and campaign deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements to maximise value and marketing effectiveness.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, engagement, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and actionable insights for senior management.
  • Leverage data and market insights to optimise campaigns and support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and event marketing.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working with external agencies, creative partners, and marketing vendors.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, healthcare, maritime, logistics, wellness, or other B2B industries will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
