Schneider Electric is seeking a Training Manager to lead employee development initiatives at our Goodyear, AZ facility. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering effective programs, and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. What will you do: Collaborate closely with managers and supervisors to assess training needs and ensure programs are aligned with business objectives. Develop, implement, and deliver training programs for various employee levels. Design, implement, and maintain a site Training Matrix covering safety, quality, technical, and leadership competencies by role. Oversee new hire onboarding training framework, including role-specific ramp-up plans and certification requirements. Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and impact. Champion Lean process improvement initiatives in training design and delivery. Support, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure a high-performing training function. Maintain up-to-date training/reference materials and training records. Regularly evaluate and update training programs and curriculum to reflect feedback, operational changes, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Applied knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Ability to drive process improvements and coach others.
