Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of technical and commercial roles, from briefing through to offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand what they actually need - not just what is on the job description
• Build and maintain pipelines of strong candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate, at every stage
• Use data to track progress, spot bottlenecks, and improve how we hire
• Contribute to projects that make Talent Acquisition better - whether that is employer brand, process design, or how we assess candidates
