Associate IT Project Manager

Requirements

• Experience supporting and driving IT projects within an office environment; prior Project Management experience preferred
• General understanding of SaaS landscape and software development lifecycle
• Experience with Asana preferred
• Experience presenting to a variety of stakeholder levels; strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability and self-driven organizational skills
• Focus on providing high degree of customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) and/or equivalent related experience, a plus

This individual will be responsible for managing the ongoing projects of the IT department and provide integral coordination with the Operations Department. Responsibilities include Executive schedule management, project management, reporting status and milestones to stakeholders, meticulous organizational and communication skills, and an understanding of IT terminology and concepts. Curates and manages SharePoint sites, intranet, and user documentation. The compensation range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $65,000-80,000 annually. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.
