Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets, building, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing, collaborative team.

  • You are a leader, coaching and mentoring teams to constantly reach new heights is what drives you.
  • Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams , ideally across more than one market in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.
  • You come either from a top tier business school, or have a technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
  • Previous experience in the startup ecosystem or high-growth environments.
  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a tangible positive impact.
  • Exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C2) . proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
