Treasury & Finance Associate (12-Month Contract) #HMSKRE

About the role

Excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Banking, or Financial Institutions to gain exposure to debt financing, liquidity management, hedging strategies, and investment transactions within a private equity and real estate investment environment.

Responsibilities

• Debt Strategy & Origination
• Assist in preparing financing documentation and analysis for external loan facilities
• Support relationship management with banks and financial institutions
• Monitor debt facilities and covenant compliance requirements
• Support debt reporting and financing policy enhancement initiatives
• Prepare debt-related reports for internal stakeholders
• Hedging
• Support implementation and execution of hedging strategies
• Liaise with banks, advisors, and third-party valuers
• Monitor hedge positions and review valuation reports
• Prepare hedge reporting for internal stakeholders
• Liquidity Management
• Assist in preparing liquidity reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
• Ensure compliance with counterparty risk policies
• Support fund placements with financial institutions
• Maintain and enhance liquidity management processes and procedures
• Prepare liquidity reports for management review
• Transaction Management
• Coordinate with Acquisition, Asset Management, Finance, Tax, and Corporate Secretarial teams on investment transactions
• Support transaction execution and completion within required timelines
• Assist with due diligence reviews and transaction documentation
• Respond to internal and external audit queries relating to investments, debt facilities, derivatives, and liquidity management
