Customer Service Office (Contract 6 months)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join our team on a 6‑month contract . This role supports day‑to‑day sales coordination and logistics activities, ensuring timely order processing and excellent customer service for both local and overseas customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange deliveries and shipments for local and overseas customers
• Process sales orders, handle customer enquiries, and prepare quotations and sales confirmations
• Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Other Information
• Working hours : 8 :30am to 5 :30pm (Mon - Fri)
• Reporting line: To Customer Service Manager

Requirements

• GCE "O" / "A" Level or above
• A passionate, responsible, and well‑organised professional with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Only candidates eligible to work in Singapore will be considered
• Available to work immediately
