Requirements

• Required:
• Minimum 4+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Construction background.
• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.
• Preferred:
• Fabrication shop exp. is preferred.
• Strong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.

This role involves overseeing the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate a team, directing their tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and instructions. Verifies conformance of finished work product. Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.
