Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for management
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, including venue setup
- Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation, and itinerary planning
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications
- Assist with personal errands or tasks for management when required
- Act as the liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
- Manage and coordinate Management's personal payment and administrative matters, including liaising with Finance to ensure timely processing and payments of personal credit card bills, reimbursements, subscriptions, and other related expenses
- Assist in maintaining employees' attendance
- Support employee welfare activities and company events
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and administrative correspondence when required
Requirements
- At least Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in executive support, personal assistant, administration, or HR coordination roles
- Prior experience supporting senior management, directors, or C-level executives will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
