Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and support procurement processes.
• Support Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control, variation orders, and claims management.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments to gather information for costing and project administration.
• Prepare supplier and subcontractor payment recommendation and related documentation.
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meeting as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, correspondences, and project records.
• Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or construction management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
• Good time management skill
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
