Responsibilities
- Own revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the Vacuum Interrupter product line, driving sales growth across trade and intercompany business in line with profit plans and new-product business cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a similar commercial role within the electrical industry, preferably in a medium-voltage environment.
- Strong preference for experience with manufacturers of medium-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs) or related MV equipment.
- Solid technical knowledge of medium-voltage systems, including short-circuit protection principles, switchgear, circuit protection, and product applications.
- Good understanding of markets, applications, and customers related to Vacuum Interrupter (VI) products.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Strong global and regional market awareness, with the ability to understand industry dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent planning, organization, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
