Growth Portfolio Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across business development, capture, proposal, innovation, and partnership functions
• Support identification, prioritization, and shaping of strategic opportunities
• Align innovation initiatives with growth priorities and customer needs
• Coordinate strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Ensure growth activities align with executive priorities
• Strengthen collaboration between Growth, Delivery, Technology, and Executive teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field or experience in lieu of degree
• 15+ years of experience in federal contracting
• Strong understanding of GovCon growth models
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Preferred / Desired
• Experience within a CTO or Innovation organization
• Experience with partnerships or joint ventures
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Location
• This position is remote with periodic travel based upon mission and operational requirements. 9th Way Insignia reserves the right to adjust work location based upon mission requirements.
• Salary Range
• $135,664.20 - $164,128.13 USD
• Clearance/Background Investigation
