Junior / Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Managing project profitability with the Project Manager.
• Involve in space planning, design development, and site implementation.
• Produce site plans, CAD layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, material specifications, and other design documentation.
• Prepare design proposals, sketches, and illustrations for client understanding.
• Develop final designs and specifications within the client's budget.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to translate designs into costings for client submission.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to select the best service providers.
• Perform necessary drafting and other related work.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a corporate background.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Viz, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
