Good hands on in SQL, jQuery, Maven, SVN/TFS and WebSphere Application Server 3. Good knowledge on web services and MQ 4. Knowledge on PHP/Perl is a plus. 5. Experience in an Production Support and maintenance environment Roles & Responsibilities 1. Work with the customer IT & business teams to enable a 24X7 application support environment and manage the enhancements on these applications 2. Perform production support, maintenance and enhancements 3. Ensure the compliance to agreed service levels 4. On Call support (phone support) 5.
