The role involves implementing, optimizing, and integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions along with leveraging Agentforce AI capabilities to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable and innovative CRM solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions Configure standard functionalities including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Reports Drive customization using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flows Ensure best practices in data model design, security, and system performance Agentforce AI & Intelligent Automation Design and implement Agentforce AI-driven workflows and automation Leverage AI capabilities for lead scoring, opportunity insights, sales recommendations, and chat-based automation Integrate AI models and analytics into Salesforce ecosystem to improve sales efficiency Collaborate on use-case definition and adoption of AI-driven CRM capabilities Stakeholder & Business Engagement Engage with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to gather requirements Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce and AI solutions Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on CRM strategy and AI adoption Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions Integration & Ecosystem Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems (SAP, Data Platforms, Marketing tools, etc.) Work on APIs, middleware, and data exchange frameworks Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems Delivery & Governance Participate in solution architecture, sprint planning, and agile delivery cycles Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Good understanding or exposure to Agentforce AI / Einstein / AI capabilities within Salesforce ecosystem Proficiency in: Apex, SOQL, SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Salesforce Flows & Process Builder Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware) Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and reporting Functional & Domain Skills Strong understanding of Sales processes and CRM workflows Experience working in pharma / manufacturing / B2B sales environments (preferred) Ability to translate business problems into digital solutions Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability Proven ability to work with cross-functional and global teams Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce AI / Einstein / Agentforce-related certifications ( Added Advantages)
