About the role
When you join Vivicta as an Account Manager (AM)/ Key Account Manager (KAM) This is a hands‑on, quota‑carrying sales leadership role where you work as an individual contributor with strong drive and energy to win new client logos and grow existing smaller accounts. You have clear ownership of revenue, pipeline and client relationships, and operate with a strong commercial mindset. Typical work week - How are you expected to manage time Client‑facing activities - Client meetings, presentations and workshops 50-60% External stakeholders - Partner companies, influencers and ecosystem collaboration 5-10% Internal collaboration - Close collaboration with practice, delivery and solution teams 25-30% Learning and enablement - Trainings, certifications and self‑learning 5% Internal reporting & governance - CRM usage, sales operations and reviews 5% Who we are looking for Experience wise, we believe you have: - At least 5-6 years of experience in a client‑facing sales role (e.g. Account Manager, Sales Manager, Client Executive), working with mid‑to‑large sized clients in Sweden. Candidates with longer experience are also welcome. - Strong experience selling Enterprise IT solutions and services across industries, with familiarity in ERP, CRM and Commerce solutions, as well as a solid understanding of datacentre services and cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure. - Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle, closing IT contracts typically in the range of EUR 2-10 million per year. - Experience selling to senior IT and business stakeholders, independently leading client meetings, presentations and requirement discussions. - Experience acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) towards clients, while collaborating closely with internal teams on workshops, proposals, contracts and commercial discussions. - Structured way of working with sales tools and CRM systems for account, contact, lead and opportunity management. - Experience working with global or regionally distributed teams, across different cultures and nationalities. Qualifications and other requirements - Bachelor's degree; additional IT‑related training or certifications are considered a plus. - Knowledge of Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, Transportation industry(s) is considered a plus. - Very good and advanced English skills, spoken and written. Swedish language skills are highly desirable. - Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create and deliver winning sales pitches.
