Production Admin

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for production and fabrication processes of timber doors, metal doors, or gates.
• Review, interpret, and process technical drawings and specifications related to production.
• Prepare and maintain production records, job orders, and reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory records, assist with material requisitions, and update relevant databases.
• Handle general office and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support company operations when required.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand drawings (doors, gates, fabrication work).
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Prior experience in production, fabrication, or construction-related industries will be an advantage.
• Independent, reliable, and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Work Location and Hours
• Location: Woodlands, nearest MRT is Admiralty
• Hours: 9am to 6pm / 9am to 12noon
• Days: 5.5 days a week
