SALES EXECUTIVE IN CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND LOGISTICS INDUSTRY Job Scope & Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, logistics, transport, engineering, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales growth and customer retention. Promote and market the Company's products and services, including construction equipment, heavy machinery, tyre services, hydraulic hose services, repair and maintenance, transportation, and logistics solutions. Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients. Conduct regular customer visits, site inspections, and business presentations to understand clients' operational requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by Management. Coordinate closely with the operations, workshop, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely service delivery. Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, project progress, and after-sales support. Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments, providing regular feedback to Management. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates. Attend trade exhibitions, networking events, client meetings, and industry functions to generate new business opportunities. Ensure timely collection of payments and coordinate with the Accounts Department on overdue accounts when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and CRM database. Ensure compliance with Company policies, workplace safety regulations, and industry standards. Perform any other sales, marketing, or business development duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
