Production Division Director

About the role

You will serve as a PRODUCTION DIVISION DIRECTOR in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Anticipating and meeting the needs of both internal and external customers, delivering high-quality products and services, and committing to continuous improvement. Developing the competencies of others by inspiring and providing a learning environment with ongoing feedback and learning opportunities. Identifying and analyzing problems, weighing the relevance and accuracy of information, evaluating alternative solutions, and making timely and effective recommendations. Formulating objectives and priorities and implementing plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization. Making well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even with limited data or unpleasant consequences, and perceiving the impact and implications of those decisions. and Managing the planning, scheduling, execution, control, and resources of the production process within a maintenance activity.
