Energy Optimisation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Based in North Sydney, you'll partner with teams across APAC to optimise energy performance and drive measurable impact. You'll analyse live asset performance, ensure alignment between design and actual PUE, and support initiatives that advance operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Monitor and optimise PUE, energy, water, and thermal performance
• Investigate performance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations teams to align on targets and SLAs
• Support AI-driven optimisation, forecasting models, and sustainability programs (e.g. Net Zero 2030, NABERS)

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 3+ years' experience in energy systems, HVAC optimisation, or data centres
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerBI, and modelling tools
• Ability to manage complex data and engage stakeholders effectively
