Responsibilities

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or flexible hours when required.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.
