Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership
- Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive awareness, leads, calls, quotes, enrollments, deposits, rollovers, cross-sell opportunities, and sales.

- Assist with opening and activating payroll slots and driving field adoption of Life & Retirement solutions.
- Promote growth of registered representatives through onboarding campaigns, training initiatives, and enablement programs.
- Partnerships & Business Development
- Manage Life & Retirement-focused marketing and sales partnerships, including:

- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive mutual success and business growth.
- Customer Insights & Experience
- Capture the voice of educators through research, surveys, and feedback programs.
- Translate customer insights into compelling messaging, offers, and customer journey enhancements.
- Partner with Customer Experience and Technology teams to improve digital experiences across quoting, enrollment, rollover, service, and support journeys.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Collaborate with Analytics teams on audience targeting, lead routing, testing strategies, and performance measurement.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Required
- Bachelor's degree required.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Retirement products, and related business processes.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing technologies, operational reporting tools, and campaign analytics.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Preferred
- Master's degree (MBA, M.Ed., or related discipline).
- FINRA Series 24, 26, 65, or 66 licenses.
- 5+ years of experience within education, insurance, financial services, or retirement industries.
- Experience leading Life and Retirement marketing programs (both preferred).
- Pay Range:
- $105,200.00 - $147,950.00 annually
- Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
