The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily logistics, import, and export activities to ensure the efficient and timely movement of finished goods in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, carriers, and third parties to support on-time delivery performance, maintain accurate documentation, monitor key logistics indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will support the OBI project process and implementation activities, including but not limited to logistics coordination, Planning support, SAP setup activities, and the understanding of financial flow processes. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Support the OBI transfer project by coordinating logistics, planning, and SCM-related activities in alignment with operational objectives. Coordinate and execute export and import processes for finished goods, including Export Log maintenance, SAP delivery creation for the warehouse, generation of SAP export commercial invoices, request of Certificates of Conformance (COCs) from the QA Department, and timely submission of documentation to the GTC area. Ensure full compliance with the 7210 Free Trade Zones Law, its regulations, and all applicable requirements established by regulatory authorities. Prepare, analyze, and report logistics performance indicators and KPIs to support On-Time Plant Delivery performance, utilizing both manual and SAP-based reporting tools. Lead and contribute to strategic improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics processes and operational efficiency. Ensure customer-specific requirements are met, including the preparation of additional documentation such as COO, COA, shipment reports in Excel format, and other required deliverables. Ensure compliance with corporate and legal entity requirements by following internal policies, procedures, and training obligations, maintaining 100% on-time training completion. Adhere to internal policies and SOPs to support zero regulatory observations during annual audits. Collaborate closely with GTC (Global Trade Compliance) and Warehouse teams to ensure the timely and efficient dispatch of export shipments. Coordinate with carriers and third parties to ensure timely unit availability, service fulfillment, and shipment tracking updates for customers. Provide support to other functional areas of the plant as required. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in international Trade or a related field (BA or Industrial Engineer) English (90% written, reading comprehension, and speaking).
