For more information, visit WPP.com . We are looking for a Market Coordinator to support the European websites of a large automotive company across multiple markets and languages. In this role, you will act as the key coordination point between local market stakeholders and internal production teams. You will ensure smooth intake, prioritisation, delivery tracking, and quality assurance of web updates and campaigns. This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and taking ownership of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordination contact for assigned markets, ensuring all requests are clearly captured and delivered end-to-end
- Triage incoming briefs and route them through the appropriate workflows (content updates, campaigns, BAU changes, incidents)
- Plan and track deliveries, manage expectations, and provide clear, proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, tech, QA, account leads) to ensure timely and high-quality releases
- Identify risks early, escalate blockers, and propose practical solutions or alternatives
- Support quality control by ensuring outputs meet agreed standards (governance, accessibility basics, SEO hygiene where applicable)
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in delivery tools (e.g., Jira and internal trackers)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working; support and guide more junior colleagues when needed
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, project management, client service, or operations (ideally within digital, marketing, web, or agency environments)
- Experience in client-facing roles, with confidence communicating directly with clients
- Basic understanding of digital delivery processes (web content, CMS, assets, approvals, releases)
- Familiarity with tracking and documentation tools is an advantage (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Strong written and spoken English (daily communication with clients, internal teams, technical stakeholders)
- Team player, comfortable working across cross-functional and multi-stream environments
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work
- Able to stay calm under pressure, and keep stakeholders informed
