Responsibilities
- Prepare the submission of files for boarding, including disbursements of loan proceeds; ensures all fees are properly and fully collected at closing. Ensure follow up on post-closing exceptions and receipt of original signed document.
- Monitor tickler files for accounts; ensures credit inquires and UCC filings are researched to determine credit worthiness and appropriate collateral positioning are achieved.
- Work with more complex loan packages and assist in the training and development of less experienced Loan Administrators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Knowledge of one or more loan types.
- Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
