Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening
  • Identify, engage, and screen candidates aligned with defined hiring criteria for graduate and early careers roles
  • Review and assess On-Demand Interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Apply and maintain country-specific screening standards and best practices
  • Partner with Recruiters to design and execute tailored sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Shell's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in all candidate interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Recruiters, Employer Branding teams and Talent partners

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive process enhancements

  • Maintain accurate candidate and job data within recruitment systems

  • What you bring
