- Requirements: Strong scientific understanding with the ability to translate complex medical and scientific data into clear, compelling, and impactful business and marketing narratives.
- At least 3 years of sales and marketing management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively across diverse cross-functional teams and organizational interfaces.
- Strong strategic vision, analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mobilize teams around shared business objectives.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building and leading strategic collaborations within the healthcare ecosystem and with external stakeholders, including KOLs.
