About the role
We are looking for a strategic and innovative talent development partner to guide and execute our talent initiatives for India. In this role, you will support the growth and development of Wisers in Hyderabad as a trusted partner and adviser for the region. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, working closely with senior leaders and global teams to provide high-impact development opportunities that enhance capabilities, boost performance, and support career progression. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with overall company objectives and regional business needs.
- Facilitate Company Onboarding and Leadership Development programmes to local teams
- Design and adapt training programs to address skill gaps and reflect local market demands.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the people team to define key learning objectives and deliver integrated talent initiatives.
- Use frameworks like ADDIE to identify, create, and launch full cycle talent development initiatives
- Rollout performance and talent management initiatives through training, communication, and feedback.
- Support the region through our biannual review cycle (GrowWise)
- Champion a culture of inclusive, continuous learning and professional development across the region.
- Work closely with our talent management and talent acquisition teams to deliver a holistic approach to talent at wise.
