Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Mainly support IFF TASTE business with focus in Great China. Provide regional input to global regulatory affairs strategies and execute regional strategies. Interaction with regional business teams to identify needs and prioritize the efforts Develop and maintain relationships with relevant regional competent authorities. Lead local interactions on regulatory projects with Competent Authorities/Key Opinion Leaders/Industry Associations/Customers Maintain expert knowledge on local regulatory requirements to ensure regional compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met Regulatory dossier preparation, filing & monitoring/follow up process Work with other function teams to secure regulatory compliance for sustainable business and add values. What Makes You the Right Fit Flavor , Food Science , Chemical, Medicine , Biochemistry, Nutrition, Public Health or other relevant majors with MS or higher degree. Solid experience in flavor industry, food regulatory compliance, approval, advocacy, R&D etc. related to food, flavor companies or organizations with minimum 5 years. Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit and strong ownership. Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and writing. Why Choose Us?
